Initial Consultation

Project Design
During the design phase, we’ll work with you to find a floor plan that meets your families need. Whether you’re starting from scratch or modifying an existing plan, we’ll work closely with you to:
- Develop a custom floor plan tailored to your lot and lifestyle.
- Select architectural details, exterior finishes, and layout elements.
- Ensure designs comply with local zoning, building codes, and HOA requirements.
We collaborate with trusted design professionals and keep your input at the center of the process to ensure the final design feels uniquely yours.
Estimating
Once the plans are finalized, we will put together a detailed estimate for constructing your dream home. In this phase, we:
- Break down the cost for each scope of work and identify allowance items.
- Budget for site specific requirements and prep work.
- Review the detailed estimate with the client and make adjustments as needed.
Contracts & Financing
Once the design and budget align with your expectations, we’ll finalize the contract. In the contract you can expect to see:
- Scope of work and detailed specifications.
- Final construction pricing and payment schedule.
- Timeline for permitting, construction start, and key milestones.
With the contract in place, your project is scheduled and we begin the exciting process of turning your vision into a home.
